Stories fascinate me. And just as you can write stories about people, discover stories in people and people can lose themselves in stories, there are also companies and their history. Often the best stories are hidden and you have to dig them up. This leads to creative story mining!
Since April 2021, I have been working on a documentary about European wool. Over 60% of wool within the EU is currently unused, in my estimation, why is that? And what can we do to change this? To do this, I am researching, travelling, meeting people and filming across Europe in search of answers and solutions. I would like to have the German-language version of this documentary ready in April 2025.
Or the project “three-quarter housing” for which I am looking for a private-sector solution to a challenge generally regarded as a public task. To make living space affordable for “poor” people, so that single people and single parents with very low incomes have to spend a maximum of 1/3 of their income on living including all supplementary costs. A new perspective on an old problem, unburdened by tradition and habit.
And create awareness for transhumance in Transylvania. The seasonal migration of shepherds from the mountains towards the end of autumn to the lowlands and back with the beginning of spring threatens to die out. A wonderful cultural asset is lost. Roads, fences, new buildings, private property stand in the way of migration and the products do not fetch higher prices than conventional products.
